We will step outside and into a time of healing relaxation, renewal, and discovery, observing yourself and your place in this world from a new perspective. Sustain wonder—refocus your attention as you experience nature, environmental journaling, and creative exploration with a "playful, colorful twist".
You will be surprised as your creative possibilities come alive.
This progressive outdoor learning experience originated for women, but can also be customized to accommodate your own personal needs, be it mixed groups, small (2-5), or even specialized one-on-one learning.
Duration of the workshop is also custom-designed, offering 2 day, 1 day or ½ day events.
Note: Art experience is not a requirement—only a desire to increase self-understanding, to make each day more meaningful.
Facilitator: Join Karen Holt, artist, poet, teacher and author of the book, CAN YOU SEE ME? An Unveiling of the Human Spirit , as you explore ways to "see" at many levels. The nationally acclaimed portrait artist will share with you the simple tools and methods she utilizes daily to keep her creative momentum flowing.
